Text messages
One credit sends one SMS segment (160 characters of plain text). Buy credits in packs of 100, 500, 1,000. Pro includes 150 credits every month, used before any you buy.
Candidates in New Zealand and the United States have to opt in before you can text them. Arku asks on the apply form.

Pricing questions
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users and candidates. You pay per organisation, so inviting the whole hiring panel costs nothing extra.
Is tax included?
Prices exclude GST, VAT and sales tax. Paddle, our payment provider, adds any tax that applies at checkout and sends you a tax invoice.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from billing settings. Upgrades and downgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
What does pausing do?
Pausing keeps your data, templates and settings for a small monthly fee while no jobs are open and no messages are sent. Resume whenever you are hiring again.
Who gets the not-for-profit discount?
Registered charities and not-for-profits get 30% off Starter and Pro. We may ask for your registration number.
Where is our data stored?
All Arku data is stored in the United Kingdom (London), whichever country you hire in.
